    ABSTRACT HERLINA. 8105132199. The Influence of Learning Motivation and Self Efficacy to Learning Result Subject on Office Administration Student at SMK Sejahtera Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2017. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning motivation and self efficacy to learning result subject on office administration student at SMK Sejahtera Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months from March to May 2017. The research method used is survey method and documentation method with correlational approach. The sample used in this research is 105 students by using proportional random sampling technique. Y variable data (Learning result) is secondary data obtained from data of second and third daily test result. While the data variable X1 (Learning Motivation) and variable data X2 (Self Efficacy) instrument used is a questionnaire model using the Likert scale model. Prior to use, validity and reliability tests were performed on the research instrument. Data analysis technique using SPSS program version 21.0 begins by searching for trial. Test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known partially between the motivation of learning with learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showing thitung value of 3.880> ttable of 1.659. Partial self-efficacy partially to the learning outcomes, this is seen from the results of data analysis showing the value of t countitung 6.622> ttable value. Motivation learning and self efficacy simultaneously for learning outcomes, this is seen from the results of data analysis showing the value of Fhitung 37.434> Ftabel value. Regression equation obtained is Y = 40,044 + 0,167X1 + 0,291X2. Based on the review of R2 value of 0.423, which means learning motivation (X1) and self efficacy (X2) results on learning outcomes (Y) of 42.3%. This study is a positive and significant between learning motivation and self efficacy on the results of learning archival subjects in students at SMK Sejahtera Jakarta. Therefore, it is expected that the school can improve the motivation to learn to overcome external motivation, especially to create a conducive learning environment for students and also to increase selfefficacy of students, especially in working on difficult tasks / questions given so that students can get the results of learning as expected.     Penelitian ini tidak tergantung pada tempat tertentu karena menggunakan tinjauan pustaka. Hal yang akan dibicarakan dalam analisis ini yaitu aspek leksikal dan aspek konteks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi aspek leksikal dan aspek konteks dalam lagu Oemar Bakri Iwan Fals. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Semua fenomena dalam lagu Oemar Bakri karya Iwan Fals akan disajikan dan dijelaskan secara rinci. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa lagu Oemar Bakri karya Iwan Fals tidak ditemukan kesepadanan (ekuivalensi). Konteks kultural yang terkandung dalam lagu Oemar Bakri karya Iwan fals bahwa kurangnya perhatian pemerintah terhadap kesejahteraan guru mengakibatkan timbulnya budaya bolos kerja dikalangan guru.Kata kunci: aspek leksikal dan kontek

     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam novel Negeri Sapati karya Laode M. Insan. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam penelitian ini meliputi nilai pendidikan keagamaan, nilai pendidikan moral, nilai pendidikan sosial dan nilai pendidikan adat istiadat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode content analysis (miring), bentuk penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa nilai pendidikan agama yang dapat dipetik dari novel Negeri Sapati karya Laode. M. Insan yaitu selalu bersyukur, menerima takdir kehidupan dengan ikhlas, selalu mengingat Tuhan. Nilai pendidikan sosial novel Negeri Sapati karya Laode.M. Insan yaitu tidak melupakan tradisi gotong royong, senantiasa membuka mata dan hati kita terhadap penderitaan orang lain. Nilai pendidikan moral yang dapat dipetik dari novel Negeri Sapati karya Laode. M.Insan yaitu sikap peduli terhadap teman, sikap menghormati dan peduli terhadap kondisi orang tua, sikap pantang berputus asa, sikap optimis dan selalu semangat untuk belajar, bersifat ramah terhadap orang lain, sikap ikhlas ketika menolong seseorang. Nilai pendidikan adat istiadat yang dapat dipetik dari novel Negeri Sapati karya Laode. M. Insan yaitu bahwa pantangan duduk di tangga (dipisah) rumah dipandang peneliti sebagai simbol tidak menginginkan atau menutup diri dari interaksi dengan orang lain.                                                                  Kata Kunci: Nilai Pendidikan Agama, Sosial, Moral, Adat Istiada

    With the existence of covid 19 the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy responded quickly to this by issuing implementation guidelines in implementing the health protocol called Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in the tourism sector, one of which is hotels and restaurants/eateries, As an effort to prevent the spread of Covid- 19, this is expected to protect business actors, especially consumers from the dangers of Covid-19 because it protects safety, security and comfort. The readiness of tourist attractions in receiving visitors must also receive special attention. Increasing awareness of the importance of implementing the CHSE protocol must be continuously fostered, so as to minimize the occurrence of negligence and can have a positive impact on each participant's environment. Restaurants are places that are prone to the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of adherence to the implementation of health protocols and factors that have the potential to spread Covid-19 in restaurant services in the city of Mataram. Data collection techniques used in research are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that compliance in implementing the Covid-19 prevention health protocol is influenced by 3 things, namely sanctions, establishing good relationships and knowing the purpose and function of these rules.     Latar Belakang: Pada saat Pandemi COVID-19 dunia Pendidikan sudah melakukan Pendidikan jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Berbagai instansi dunia Pendidikan mulai dari SD, SMP, SMA, dan perguruan tinggi dalam melakukan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Universitas Bunda Mulia melakukan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan forum diskusi dan gmeet. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring yang menggunakan forum diskusi dan gmeet. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara exsidental dengan sampel sebanyak 118 mahasiswa. Hasil: Berdasarkan 12 pernyataan yang diberikan rata-rata mahasiswa memberikan respon positif dalam pembelajaran menggunakan diskusi forum dan gmeet. Kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring selama COVID-19 adalah jaringan internet. Kesimpulan: Menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring di Universitas Bunda Mulia di masa pandemi COVID-19 berjalan dengan sangat baik. Pembelajaran daring menggunakan forum diskusi dan gmeet tidak mengurangi pemahaman siswa dalam belajar. Namun yang menjadi kendala dalam pembelajaran daring adalah jaringan. Oleh sebab itu pembelajaran daring menggunakan forum diskusi dan gmeet di masa Pandemi sangat efektif dilaksanakan

    KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION OF PALEMBANG ISLAMIC ULAMA DURING PALEMBANG SOULTANATE TO COLONIAL ERA

    This historiography reveals the transmission of Islamic knowledge historically carried out by Palembang intellectuals, who lived during the Palembang sultanate and still prevailed until the Colonial era, after the Palembang sultanate had fallen and changed to the Palembang residency. This recording history uses historical methods, e.i. heuristics, source criticism, auffassung, and derstallung, while in data analysis it was used social hermeneutics and philological research stages. The results of historical sources, both texts and references which related to the problem of knowledge transmission of Palembang Islamic cleric, identified some Palembang Ulama in this period in transmitting knowledge. They were Shaykh Syihabuddin al-Jawi al-Palembani, Kemas Fakhruddin, Shaykh Sharia Abdus-Samad al-Palimbani, Shaykh Azhary Abdullah, Shaykh Kemas Azhary, and Azhary Imam.     This study aims to (1) obtain a mathematical description of the communication skills of students with mathematics learning contextual learning and student learning by conventional teaching; (2) To determine the improvement of communication skills students learn mathematics with math contextual learning and student learning by conventional teaching; (3) In order to obtain comparative increase in mathematical communication skills students learn mathematics contextual learning and student learning by conventional teaching; (4) In order to obtain a description of the activity of students in mathematics learning contextual; (5) In order to obtain a description of what students about math learning contextual. This research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental design with the model of the Non-equivalent Pretest and Posttest Control Group.  The population in this study was all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka with samples of two classes as experimental class and control class. The instrument used in this study consisted of communication test instruments and mathematical abilities nontes instruments, such as observation sheets, and opened questionnaire sheet. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, significant test one sample, and the average difference in of two. The results showed that in general the contextual learning mathematics can improve communication skills of mathematics. Learning math can be used as an alternative contextual learning for teachers, especially for math students improve communication skills
